  • How long after I contact you will I get a call back?

    Depending on the time of contact but at most a day as we usually get back to our customers within a couple hours.

  • What kind of paints do you use?

    We use top quality paints from Dulux and the Paint shop. We are always open to using the customers preference unless it isn’t on our list of paints that we warranty our jobs with.

  • What does your warranty entail?

    In all of our jobs we offer a 3 year warranty because we can trust the paint we use and our team to do a great job. the only thing our warranty doesn’t cover is deck floors, tops of deck rails and jobs where we use products we aren’t familiar with (which will be assessed at quote)

  • Do you guys work with environmentally friendly low voc paints?

    We use a large array of paints depending on task at hand but our painters will use no or low VOC paints whenever possible.

  • What is your quoting process like?

    We follow a step by step quoting process where we get in initial contact and discuss basic job details on the phone. We then plan a time for a quote where everyone who would be in the decision making process to be present for the entirety of the process. We will then all meet and do a walk around. I will then get my measurements and the follow up with a quote 15-30 minutes after the walk around.

    The whole process usually takes 60-90 minutes total.

  • Do you guys take a deposit on your jobs?

    Yes, we take a 25% deposit to reserve your prioritized time for the summer depending on what we have available at that time.
